Can I once again ask you to remove my name and address from the post above?
What have you to hide? Your business is above board isn't it?

Yes, my business is 100% above board. What are you suggesting that I am hiding?
What are you suggesting?
Listen, this is getting out of hand. I now realise that you are hosting your own website but that does not allow you to what you like, for example posting people names and addresses in a forum without their permission. There are standards that must be complied with.
Incidentally there is no law that I am aware of that requires sole proprietors to post their full contact details on their websites. The 2007 companies act requires limited companies to post such details but not sole proprietors, but I stand to be corrected.

There is nothing wrong with posting this information, and there is nothing - from a legal point - that you can do to have it removed.
And can you provide any good reason why I should have to list my my address while Equiphase does not?
This is getting out of hand. Your suggestion is preposterous and I am surprised that you are allowed to get away with these unfounded claims. My website shows my picture and my telephone number and tells people where I am based. I chose not to publish my address because I work from home and I have a family and grandchildren that I want to protect and keep private. That is why I do not publish my home address and why I asked that it be removed from this website. That is also why I shall do everything in my power to ensure that it it is removed. Publishing this was totally unethical and against all normal good forum practice.
This reckless disregard for the right of privacy from an organisation that is supposed to be supporting small businesses astounds me. And there is no legal requirement for me to provide my home address on my website. This only applies to limited companies.
Incidentally your hosting company Equiphase does not provide any obvious address details. I trust that you will be investigating them too?
I have explained my reasons for not wanting my details published, clearly this is of no concern to you.
Can you provide good reason why it was necessary for you to publish my home address? Is this an attempt to intimidate me and my family?

Can I ask why you are deliberately only responding to certain posts???
Tomorrow morning I'll be on to your local Trading Standards office as well as HMRC. Oh; and as I recall your estate is a council one; So I'll be having a word with them too....
If you want privacy for your family get proper premises.
