Hi all,
I'm Magda, a business analyst based in Birmingham, and I run client journey audits for startups and small and medium-sized businesses where people sign up, book or do onboarding online.
Every client who gives up halfway is a client you've lost. Friction on your website, app or onboarding journey makes clients drop off without you knowing.
Through my client journey audits I improve customer experience by helping remove friction from sign-up, booking and onboarding processes. I go through your business as a new customer would, from discovery to signing up, booking or paying, and show you where people slow down, get confused or give up. Each friction comes with a simple fix.
You get:
  • a one-page map of your customer's journey
  • a log of every friction point, ranked by what to fix first
  • a 2-page summary
  • a 30-minute call to agree what to fix first
The audit itself takes one day, at a fixed price, and needs less than one hour of your team's time.
If you'd like to see whether it's worth it, the first 3 people to reply get a free quick look at their sign-up, and I'll tell you one thing I'd change.
Thanks!
Magda

Clear offer, Magda, and the one-page map plus ranked fix list is a sensible deliverable. One thing missing from the post though: the actual fixed price. "Fixed price" with no number is a friction point in itself, which is a bit ironic given the service. Members here tend to scroll past anything that makes them ask.

A couple of things worth adding to the pitch:
  • Whether the audit uses real data (analytics, form abandonment, drop-off points) or is purely a walkthrough as a new customer. Combining both is far more convincing than one person's opinion.
  • Which sectors this has been done for. A booking page for a dog groomer and onboarding for a SaaS tool have very different problems.

The free quick look is a good hook. Worth saying whether it suits sole traders with a basic booking page too, or only businesses with a full sign-up flow, as plenty of people on this forum sit in the first group.

Thanks, that’s really useful feedback. I share the price by message, so just drop me a line.

It's mainly a walkthrough as a new customer, backed up by your public reviews, brief check how your competitor does it, and a short chat with whoever deals with customer questions. If you have analytics, I'm happy to look at where people drop off first, so the walkthrough starts in the right place.

On sectors, you're right that they differ - but ultimately it's about customer experience and simplicity of onboarding. Most recently, I have done this for a beauty salon booking app, Look&Book, covering sign-up, set-up and payments. I also spent over 10 years improving processes and systems across a variety of sectors so whenever there is a customer journey - I want to be there!

The free quick look is open to anyone, including sole traders with a booking page. The full audit makes most sense where there are several steps between finding you and paying, such as a sign-up, onboarding or an online course.
