Specifically my young daughter. If that is not the act of an ignoramus what is? And it would have been no different had the threats been made against only myself. And, incidentally, you're pretty far off with the age and the weight and the health. I've quite a while to go before I'm 50 and cycle 15 miles per day when my work schedule allows..... But you think what you want. If it brings you comfort that's ok....

Given that 'a different law' applies to his case and the last lawyer engaged is supposed to have given him the section 97 defence, the business names act doesn't apply to him..... He probably thinks he doesn't have to put a stamp on his 'lawyer's letters'....
