New to Consulting

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well

I am new to consulting in the healthcare field. I bring in various suppliers of different services to support health and wellbeing programs in the workplace.

I have had an appropriate introducer agreement drawn up but struggling with finding any reliable information on how to structure my introduction fee and commission structure (at least a starting point to be discussed with the supplier).

So far I have:

• Fee on Introduction: £<<insert sum>> + VAT
• Commission on Relevant Contract: <<insert percentage>>% of Net Income + VAT
• Fee on establishing Ongoing Business Relationship: £<<insert sum>> + VAT

The contract also has an addendum so that a project-by-project schedule can be used where appropriate.

Does anyone have any experience on this please?
