How do you think these resignations will effect us?

It can only be described as one of the most amazing months in politics.

First we has MP's not exactly fiddling their expenses, but certainy pushing the limits of acceptability and making claims for ridiculious items.

Then of course we have mass resignations from the Cabinet in London, with ministers trying to force a leadership.

The Tories are of course lapping this all up....thinking the government is now in meltdown.

Are they? Or do maybe you feel their not? Or perhaps your feeling what's next and how does all this effect us?

What's you oppinion?

I think Browns jacket being on the proverbial shaky nail doesn't even do it justice but I dont actually see anyone in the labour party who has any sort of presence to take over.

Alot of what is going on I think is being driven by the media who've never been a fan of Gordon Brown and always portrayed him as the dour Scot.

So what are our choices? Let a Tory government in that will blame Labour for the next term or two for everything that goes wrong?

I think many people feel disillusioned but if Brown gets another six months and things start to turn even more than they are already then he might just save himself and his party. I do think though that Brown staying isn't in his control.

I think we need consitutional change, because the consistent problem is not labour or conservative. It's the fact that three consecutive parliaments of the same political party = desperation, risk taking, and a parliament made up on a leader desperate to cling on, a load of yes men/women in the cabinet, and the backstabbers and the press all waiting in the sidelines ready to jump on the slightest sign of weakness.

It seems that the american system of evicting the President after two consecutive sessions may have some rational behind it.
