ERP/CRM system for a small IT company

Hi everyone! Can you recommend an ERP/CRM system for a small IT company (up to 50 people)? Ideally it should have everything in one place - sales, projects, HR, recruiting, and finance. Would really appreciate any suggestions!

I have a client who's just started using Capsule, https://capsulecrm.com

I was really impressed with it compared to others ive used before, simple but flexible. I especially liked the trello style work boards and the connection into a mailchimp style mail management.

I would look at Odoo: CRM, projects, HR, finance in one system, open-source and flexible configuration. For SaaS, Zoho One or Bitrix24 will work, but the price increases rapidly as users increase.
