ERP/CRM system for a small IT company

Hi everyone! Can you recommend an ERP/CRM system for a small IT company (up to 50 people)? Ideally it should have everything in one place - sales, projects, HR, recruiting, and finance. Would really appreciate any suggestions!

I was really impressed with it compared to others ive used before, simple but flexible. I especially liked the trello style work boards and the connection into a mailchimp style mail management.
