Choosing the right courier provider

My experience is that there is a temptation to stay with the same courier company for year after year after year. Pretty much like many was to with our insurance, we just stay with the same insurance company year after year. How often you look around for better courier deals?

We effort on changing it at least twice a year, but it is getting hard as we loose some good logistic companies and swap it to way worse ones
