On the 1st of May, The Power Lunch Club, Scottish Business Forums and Easy PC Scotland, will be moving into the Leith Business Exchange together and we have space for two more (possibly just one more business to join us).

I have taken an office in the Leith Business Exchange that comfortably sits 5 people.

The offer I have for some businesses is this....a desk in our shared office

YOU CAN LITERALLY TURN UP WITH LAPTOP OR PC AND GO!!

Included are:-

• Wireless Broadband/internet
• Staffed reception
• Public Liability Insurance
• All office furniture, (Desks, chairs, pedestals, and filling cabinet)
• Free access to a 12 person meeting room
• Free access to all breakout area for informal meetings

I have secured a deal per desk in our office at £187.50 per month. (Payable quarterly in advance). This is the all inclusive price!!

As well as being a self contained office space, the building has a state of the art security system, and to get into the business exchange you have to come through 2 security door and you will also be issued with an alarm fob when entering or leaving the building.

This is a great opportunity to be with other businesses who can both support you and is an extremely economical way of working from an office.

If you continue to make me jealous (and seriously consider moving back to Edinburgh for the wrong reason!) I will be forced to hit the red triangle and report this as spam!

I have a feeling that as two of the forums admins will be sat in the office with you, it may fall on deaf ears....

It really can't be that price can it!!! The cheapest I have seen up here is a council owned unserviced office for 250+VAT, and the only ones available are an 80 odd mile round trip from where I live!

Delighted to say that we have now only 1 desk space left for the office.

It's brilliant here! Already, I feel full of productivity and am frantically trying to update my site so I get lots more business.

There's hardly any other businesses here at the moment, so it's a fantastic time to get in early and get settled. If you sell to the business market, this is the place to be! Once the Leith Business Exchange s full up, it's going to be a busy bussling environment.
