I know a few people on here have Iphones so I thought I would start a thread about your favourite business type apps. I might post another one in the water cooler for games and stuff :p

So what apps do you use that helps your business in some way?

My top 3 has to be the dropbox iphone app which has been invaluable the last few weeks, I also like Tweetdeck for Iphone for twittering (when I get a chance!) and Kepper mobile which is my password manager which I use extensively. I could probably add a few more but looking forward to others suggestions for some inspiration :)

The only "business" app I use is QuickOffice. It's a tool for viewing and editing Microsoft Office documents, and syncing them with your desktop or laptop.

But then, unlike most people, I don't much use my iPhone (actually, it's an iPod Touch) for business. With me, it's more for information and entertainment, especially when I'm travelling. For that reason, my main applications are:

Kindle for iPhone (let's me read Amazon Kindle books when I haven't got my Kindle with me)

Wapedia (iPhone-specific version of Wikipedia)

Skype (saves a lot of money on phone calls when I'm overseas)

I also have a couple of music apps, like Classic FM and (American) Public Radio Tuner.

I prefer my HTC for business use, as it has built in Office etc and is simple for hooking up to our Microsoft Exchange Server.

I too only have an iPod touch, although I am able to order my iPhone in a week (end of contract!). Was toying with an HTC but being in the 'creative' industry I am expected to have an iPhone :p

I would say my three most used apps for business would be Google Apps (okay so it uses safari but its still an app of sorts),Tweetdeck and believe it or not - iTunes. I find that there a great number of video podcasts that are relative to my work/industry and the iPhone provides a convenient way of finding and viewing them.
