Today on the BBC

Google has been instructed to pass informaton to Viacom about the viewing logs and identifiers of users of YouTube.

BBC NEWS | Technology | Google must divulge YouTube log

It's getting scary...when will it all stop...

I am just personally scared that they find my logs of viewing Lena Zavaroni clips on YouTube!! :p

If they get away with this it will open the floodgates for governments to do the same.
