Hello again

I have received an offer from XLN Telecom to move to them from BT for provision of a phone line and calls.

On the face of it, their offer seems to be very good but before making any move on this I was wondering if any members are currenly using XLNs service and if they are fully satisfied or if they have had any problems.

I look forward to hearing from you

regards

Fred,

It's not a company I have heard of myself so I decided to do a Google search and found the below thread on Money Saving Expert.

Have XLN Telecom Improved in 2007 - MoneySavingExpert.com Forums

It does make interesting reading and while not great it does give some useful pointers like watching for rolling contracts etc. One thing I will say is you can probably find threads like this about most telecom provider or utilities etc.

You have to weigh up how much savings this can potentially make and as a small business I think it's only right that you're constantly look for the best value for money services etc. :)

Never heard of them myself but here's a tip that works for me at least when I'm looking at new companies/software/products etc.

See if there is a forum on them..ie google "xln forum" and see what people are saying. This has saved me loads of times from buying software apps. It's the users that are most vocal if there are problems and if the company is any good they will solve problems quickly.

Hope that helps :)
