Why Retailers Choose LS Central for Unified Operations?

In today’s fast-paced retail environment, fragmented systems and disjointed workflows can cripple efficiency, increase operational costs, and worsen customer experience. Retailers that rely on separate tools for point-of-sale (POS),inventory, eCommerce, supply chain, and finance often struggle with inconsistent data, manual reconciliation, and limited visibility across locations.

Unified systems can certainly reduce duplicate work, but I think industry-specific requirements should also influence the choice of software. For example, regulated retailers may need compliance reporting, inventory tracking and purchase limits built into the same platform. A point-of-sale built for cannabis retail is a good example of how a specialised system can address workflows that a general retail solution may not cover. Do you think industry-specific functionality is more important than having a platform that serves many different retail sectors?
