Which Broadband Provider

Looking for some recommendations please.

I'm looking to install ADSL bradband in the inlaws house in rural Dumfries and Galloway. They are 1 mile from the exchange and the availability checkers on the various providers sites say we can get up to 5mb download speed. Not looking for any sort of bundled deals which includes call as they have already signed up for a BT call deal which cant be broken.

Ideally id like unlimited downloads (going to be using skype etc) and the choice so far seems to be:

Plusnet - £5.99 for 10GB monthly limit or £19.99 for unlimited - But seems to be a lot of negative reviews

Freedon2surf - £13.70 for 10GB monthly limit or £16.63 for unlimited

Pipex £12.99 for unlimited Again seems to be a lot of negative reviews

Anyone have any thoughts, in particular any positive recommendations?

I've had problems with Pipex recently, the broadband service itself is fine but customer services was pretty awful.

Personally I'm a big fan of Eclipse - never had any problems with them and queries always dealt with promptly.
