We are a UK startup called Umazi and we have just launched our product Co.ID. It has been a journey getting here and now we are focused on getting real users and real feedback.

We are not charging people who sign up now. We call it Founder Membership and all we ask for is honest feedback from people actually running businesses.

Co.ID is a secure online platform where your business keeps its information and documents in one place. You decide what to share, with who, and when. You can revoke access at any time and have a full audit log of everything. Your business information, you stay in control.

Excited for the road ahead and glad to be part of this community!

Congrats on the launch

This sounds useful, especially for Ltd companies juggling Companies House filings, VAT, bank onboarding, insurers, and supplier due diligence. A controlled “share once, revoke anytime” approach with an audit trail is exactly what many SMEs end up trying to hack together with email threads and shared drives.

To get sharper feedback, it may help to be clear on a couple of points:
  • What’s the core use case you’re aiming at: onboarding (banks/accountants),compliance (policies, ICO/GDPR),or sales/procurement?
  • How do you verify the business and the person sharing (director/PSC/authorised user)?
  • Where’s data hosted (UK/EU),and what security standard are you working to (eg ISO 27001 roadmap)?

If there’s a demo link, happy to take a look and share practical feedback from a UK SME perspective.

Congratulations on the launch , this genuinely sounds like a strong concept, especially with growing concerns around document security, controlled access, and business transparency. I also think the Founder Membership approach is a smart move because real-world feedback at this stage is incredibly valuable.

One thing I’ve noticed with many early-stage startups is that even when the product is solid, communicating the value clearly to different types of businesses can become one of the biggest challenges during growth. Positioning, onboarding experience, and how users immediately understand the practical benefit often make a huge difference.

Would definitely be interested in following your journey and learning more about the business as you grow.
