I intend to go down the Voip route soon.

Anyone know anyone?

Need a system that can handle multiple locations and diverts including international locations

Hi Peter,

I know the technical infrastructure, how it works, etc. But I wouldn't call myself an expert.

You want to look at Gradwell or Voipfone (probably more along the lines of Gradwell in my opinion).

Business VoIP - Gradwell

Have a peek at that, and what it offers.

As long as each location has good internet connection - and you make sure you prioritise the VOIP traffic, you should have absolutely no problems.
