Hi all,
I'm setting up a new exciting business and was a bit deflated to find out that the name we'd like to use is already taken. I wanted to ask whether we can still go ahead with the same business name as long as the registered company house name is quite different? I've searched high and low online and can't seem to find a definitive answer on this. In my opinion there's a lot of businesses which share the same name as long as the logo is different. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
