The Highlands Delivery Surcharge Issue

I am looking for businesses that have been quoted/charged silly rates by the parcel companies, because they deem that your postcode means that you are in the "highlands".

I am partic looking for businesses that have seen this have a real impact on either the costs or strategy for their business. I would like to use any stories on this page here;
