Hi,
I've got myself into a mess with money and books, so thinking of starting fresh. I have seen these companies that you sell your business to that then close the company after buying it for £1. You obviously have to pay them an admin fee to do the paperwork. My question is would I still have to do the books that I'm behind on? They're telling me no I don't have to, but I would like to not have any come back down the line. I just need a clean break.
