Splash are recruiting

6 month FT post of paintball site manager split with office work so need to be able to control groups, do site maintenance and be happy on IT systems and computers.

Splash Spain needs a FT lodge and activity manager based in Costa Blanca Spain. Fluent Spanish is a distinct advantage nearing on essential.

Contact me if you know of anyone who is looking and fits above

If only I could speak fluent Spanish you'd have an application from me! In all seriousness though, it's glad to here things are going well.

Not sure about going well, I was planning in opening in Jordan:( Rapid changes and recces to Spain and here we are.

Never seen the business climate as difficult as it is now in our sector but only one way to deal with that and that is full ahead. I tend to take the view it is better to invest in down markets than up markets so in an investment phase for a while

If only more businesses would take that view, the economy (and the businesses in question) would be much stronger.

Never understood why they do not Mike. When things are booming everything is overpriced normally by a large margin. In down marketing negotiations drag on but the deal is always a significantly better one.

I am currently making 10 year plus investments at present. I do not think we are at the bottom yet still some way to go but it takes more skill or luck than I have to call the exact bottom.

I suppose being a natural risk taker helps when things are in a bad way. I do understand why many just bunker down with a wait and see view. Sometimes I wish I could.

Great approach to business and I hope it works out and that you dont have to wait 10 years to see a return on your investment!

Hi Graig

I get my kicks from the journey the end game is not that important to me. 10 years these days feel like 3. Wish I could find who is speeding up time and tell them to slow down:confused1:
