NTL/Virgin Media are being rubbish

We are stuck in a two year contract with virgin media and are now moving offices. We ordered it to be installed in our new office a month ago and were quoted 6 weeks (BT take 5 days grrr) Anyway, We're now ending our fourth week and have had no update, not site visit...nothing. We move tomorrow and can't see how they can possibly resolve this in the fortnight they have left.

To top it all off, each time we phone they seem to have no record of our order OR our company (despite being with them a year already). They eventually find us but only after they have rooted about for 10mins or so or passed us to the girl who originally placed the order!

The whole thing is giving us no confidence that they even realise we have an order placed let alone that they may honour the agreement.

Has anyone else had issues with them in this way and how was it resolved (if it was resolved without you just leaving them!). Also, they supply us with a business line, if they do not install it in the six weeks quoted what can we do about it?

We feel we are in a no win situation, we are stuck in a contract and having to accept poor service or pay THEM to leave.
