We're looking at rolling out a series of FREE HR workshops in the coming weeks/months aimed at giving business owners/managers something tangible they can take away and use in their business to make a positive impact.
They will of course also provide an opportunity to network with other businesses in the greater Glasgow area.
We were thinking about focusing on staff absence and absence management - how do you measure it, how do you reduce it, how do you manage it, etc. as well as staff appraisals - what they are, what they should include, how often they should be done, etc.
Is this something You and/or other business owners/managers would be interested in attending? Are there any other HR related topics you think we should consider covering?
