Hey everyone - just a quick note to say I’ve launched something new: TalentSense TalentSenseDotTech.


I built it because I got fed up scrolling through tons of CVs, hiring processes dragging on, and great candidates getting overlooked because of recruiter bias. TalentSense takes CVs, extracts the key info, skills & experience, matches them with job-roles, and tells you where the good fits are.

If you ever feel like your hiring could be just a bit slicker - or you’re drowning in admin and want to spend more time talking to people and less digging through CVs then give it a look. I’d genuinely love your thoughts too.

Interesting product, very relevant in today's world. Does it generate some kind of summary for each candidate?

Interesting. In my field I can see something like this being very helpful. For example, under EC 1223/2009, roles often need very specific experience. Since it’s quite a complex area, a tool that can pull out key info and match candidates properly could really make hiring faster and more accurate. It's a smart idea.
