I've just recently migrated from pop3 mail to a hosted ms exchange server and am in the process of installing the microsft online services sign-in tool on various machines.............this is where I'm running into trouble.

My notebook is running on Windows XP SP 3 and is fully up to date as far as I now.

According to the microsoft website, machines running on XP must have microsoft .net installed before installing the ms online services sign in application so I successfully installed this first then tried to install the sign-in app but am getting an error that says "The sign-in application is not supported by your version of windows........"

Has anyone experienced something similar and know hot to get past it?

What version of XP is it? I suspect this service will probably only work with Pro

Hi

Did you do the move yourself or did you have a company do it for you, as if the company did the move then they should of told you that it was not supported with Home edition of XP, but it is supported with home edition of Vista and windows 7.

If you have any problems with your online services then give me a shout as I am registered with microsoft to support there online services.
