HELP - "Points of law" for EAT

Can someone please advise me what are the points of law for raising things to the EAT (UK).

e.g. (i) where facts are wrong/incorrect - what point of law does it fall under?
(ii) where a solicitor has lied to a tribunal - what point of law does it fall under?
(iii) new witness information - again what point of law does it fall under?

I'd really appreciate any help.

Regards

Sam,

Can you clarify exactly why you want this information? From the above it looks like a question in some sort of exam or essay. It is normal forum etiquette to introduce yourself and tell us a bit more about yourself prior to asking questions and expecting people to take the time to reply etc.

Hello

Yes of course, sorry I am new to the forum.

I am just researching some data for some questions, and I am a student myself looking at different areas of Employment Law and trying to learn the processes and how different aspects or points of law are applied in scenarios.

I'd appreciate any guidance or insight you may have in this particular area.

Thank you & regards.
