I think you can download videos directly from youtube now. Or you might need Premium for that.

I’d avoid random downloader sites, tbh. If you’ve got Premium, YouTube lets you download videos for offline viewing directly, which is much safer and less hassle. If you’re also interested in online account marketplaces, Accs Market is worth a look)
