Hi there
I’ve just bought a 2 storey shop which I’m turning into a small restaurant bistro x At the moment due to limited space the kitchen, toilets and a small seating area is upstairs and the downstairs will be the bar and tables for customers to eat/drink at x my question is do I have to have a toilet downstairs for such as disabled ppl etc or is that not a legal requirement as my downstairs area isn’t big enough to put in a disabled toilet
