We often hear of family businesses being handed down from generation to generation. While I don’t necessarily have any experience of this I would be intrigued to find out whether those taking on a new business have problems changing the direction of the business. Do previous generations stand in the way of new ideas? Are they appreciative of modern day IT systems? Were you ultimately successful?
