Credit checking sole traders

Hi,
We are looking for advice to credit check sole traders, is there a quick solution. My reason for this is we have a sole trader who would like to open an account requesting net 30 days payment and £2500 credit and has placed an order. What would be the best course of action so we can still dispatch the order. I have suggested that payment within 7 days, if no payment received the account goes on hold until received. Once credit checks have been completed then will review then.
Thanks in advance.

I spoke to a company a few years back who showed me their system, being a sole trader they showed me how it could check not only directors but also people with connections to brands etc So it held a bit of info about me at the time.

Might be worth reaching out and asking for a demo maybe to see if its something that might work for you :https://www.creditsafe.com/gb/en.html

I usually ask for trade references or a recent utility bill to get a feel for reliability. Sometimes even just a quick phone call can tell you a lot.
