Hi all,
I am writing a feature for the Cassandra Jardine Prize and I would like to cover apprenticeships, looking at the pros and cons. I would need some comment from people who have had apprenticeship and are willing to describe their experience, detailing how much (or little) you were paid and whether you feel that this was fair. I feel like a lot of young apprentices aren't getting paid enough for the work that they do and companies might be taking advantage of this rather than investing in and developing young talent. Do let me know your thoughts on this if you're happy to be quoted.
