Business 9am Events

Just a quick question. Anyone here attend Business 9am events (anywhere around Scotland) and know when the next event is?

Was trying to find out about upcoming events but website is down, no email replies and can't get through on any of the phone numbers that I had.

I had the same problem a few weeks back. Not sure if they are still on the go as seems to be quite a while they have been down.

Would be a shame as I really enjoyed their Big Breakfast event up in Perth.

I heard on the grapevine that Business 9am is no longer trading. Please check this information but that might explain why you could not reach them.

The owner had gone through some personal bankruptcy sadly...and had removed herself from being a director of the business.

Don't know if it will be back on the scene....but you never know.

Thanks for the information guys.

Spoke with the a couple of the venues they used and there are no future bookings. Disappointing as I enjoyed these events.

It would have been decent to let members know the situation though - even if it was just on the website.

Luckily we are spoilt for choice with so many other good events taking place in Edinburgh just now. Feel free to PM me and I can let you know which ones are working for us.

I had always wanted to try the business 9am meeting thing, just to use it as a comparison. To be honest though, I can't afford to take that kind of time off work in the morning. I need to be in to reply to the usual over-night emails, make sure everything is set up properly in the office.

The lunch club that Gordon does fits nicely with my schedule in that taking a few hours off at lunchtime doesn't adversely affect my business at all. I think if I was to take time off in the morning though, it probably would.

...And lunch always has more food than breakfast
