A couple sue Google for $25,000 for taking a photo from their drive.

A simple, sorry from Google and $250 dollar to charity would have been more suitable. They would then send a policy letter round to their staff not to go into people drives. A simple mistake in which no one died or it would seen that no one even broke in to their home.

This smacks of opportunism here!!
