working as teacher in wife's charity business, as a second income

I there.
I am looking at the following consideration.
Currently my wife runs a sole trader business, part of the building i used by her to teach classes.
Plans are to convert half the building area to be solely used as a charity teaching area, splitting the rental between the charity part and the business part.
I work full time but have a rota where I am off for 2 weeks every month.
I am looking at what options there are for the most efficient way to retain the most income from me to work as a teacher in the charity section of business without being taxed at over 40% for my services.
I.E. working for charity as an external stand alone company, or as a partner with my wife's company, no taking any wages but being paid in dividends, or charge the charity for a block booking of clients that I teach for free, etc. etc.
as you can likely tell from above I don't know much on this subject and welcome any steerage along the paths to look into?
Regards
Cama
