Why getting managed IT support is a good idea?

One of my friends recently recommended that I hire this managed IT support expert to help with the technicalities of my business. Is this a good idea? He said this can save me time and money when it comes to handling the IT aspects of my business, which I’ll admit are a bit challenging for me. What do you think?


The way I see it is simple - why learn a new skill when I can bring someone else in which allows me to do what I do best, growing my business. Those who want to do everything in their business miss the point and the benefits of delegation - stick to your strengths!
