What's A Good Screen Recording Software?

From my point of view. A good screen recording software has to be:

  1. Simple and safe to use.
  2. Lightweight, no lag.
  3. Little to no Crash.
  4. Should be built with a video editor.
  5. Capable of adding annotations
  6. Low cost for lifetime license.
  7. Good technical support and online tutorial.
  8. Continue to develop (not yet stop)

If your looking to record what your doing on Chrome have a look for Screencastify. Its got a small subscription fee but its a good app.
