Hi everyone,

I thought it might be helpful to open up a discussion about what's actually working for people right now when it comes to marketing.

With so many trends flying around—AI tools, short-form video, personalization, email automation—it’s easy to get overwhelmed. But I’m more interested in the practical side: what real strategies or channels have brought in measurable results for your business lately?

Whether it’s a solid seo win, a surprisingly good email campaign, or even old-school networking, I’d love to hear what’s been effective for you. Doesn’t matter if you’re a small business owner, freelancer, or part of a team—real-world examples are always useful.

Looking forward to your insights!

TBH, nothing is working for me atm, I use AI a LOT, paid ChatGPT is absolutely amazing.

As a new business, I've found using correct schema in pages to be very beneficial, I'm getting about 200 visitors a day, from organic search, business is only 6 weeks old.

Social, I find completely useless! Though I'm not much of a social animal, great face-to-face, useless on social media, people seem to be very shallow to me.

YouTube takes ages to build a following, and when you're new and looking for leads, that's wasted time, IMHO.

I've just started using Mail Meteor, waiting to see how that works out, though it's hard to get emails, good one's that is.

Last week I dropped about 2000 leaflets locally, not one phone call! lol

regards, Lee
