Looking to see if anyone knows a hotel expert in the medium sized hotel sector with experience of running hotels turning over £250k-£1m.
Just looking for a chat so I can understand the hotel financial numbers a bit better.
I produce a lot of bed nights each year for other businesses and with the prices falling across the commercial hotel sector just wondering if now is the time to get into the sector.
I have no intention of running one it would be under management.
