UKCA CE Marking For Stickers

Hi,

I would really appreciate advice regarding CE UKCA marking for stickers made using PVC.

I have some examples...

I see allot of home made stickers, now this can mean actually home made using the appropriate equipment or outsourcing to a print shop and calling them home made as such that are selling on various market places and obviously the usual China imported stickers.

To keep this simple, print shops all should have technical data sheets that they can send you, covering all the materials and inks etc basically to state they are safe etc.

China may have so called certification but obviously be careful and check it is genuine.

But when it comes to selling stickers, to the general public under let's say my own brand, made using a print shop here in the UK, for an example do they need to be CE UKCA passed?

All information leads to, check the EU directive, it's complex and even the UK trading standards couldn't really answer this question as it fell ina grey area.

Lots of people selling items hand made and most are not certified as they are hand made, even if they are there are not many unless trading as a official brand from my experience in a reasonable scale.

so with something like this where do I stand can anyone help ?

Sorry if this was a long winded question but there are so many different ways at looking at this, thank you in advance
