Two apprenticeships?

Ok so i am a apprentice for a local engineering company now for 2 weeks. The problem is i have a interview for another company which is huge and global. The thing is i have discovered that the local company doesnt do the things that i wish to do. It basically is small scale stuff and i wish to do massive scale and important projects. IS it possible i could leave my apprenticeship now and do that other apprenticeship if i get it? I really think it will be dificult to build a career if i stayed but if i joined the big company i know that i will have opportunities to pursue what i want to do.

John, I'm pretty sure you will be able to switch your apprenticeship….it is voluntary after all….it maybe worth speaking with your training provider also for the best advice. It is good that you have identified a better opportunity and you seem to want to work for the larger organisation to have better career aspects and again that is what apprenticeships are for…good luck however it turns out :)
