Every so often when I follow someone on Twitter I get a direct message back about the user using the TrueTwit Validation service. To be honest it's always prompted me to simply delete the message and just accept the fact I can't follow that user.
Surely this sort of validation isn't really in the true essence of Twitter?
What's your thoughts on it? Does it annoy you?
What about people who actually use it? Why do you use it and does it work for you?
