Need abit of advise. I have been on a apprenticeship for 6 month now got 4 months to go in admin.. the girl I worked with left so I am currently doing two peoples jobs on my own and running the department on my own. They are looking to get someone in under me so I can train them up to do the job but they are going to be on 16k per year while I'm on a apprenticeship wage (8k). I have discussed this with my boss and he just says buy your a apprentices. Can anyone just give me a bit of advice because I'm feeling abit under valued.
