More and more frequently, I'm coming across websites that are really poorly designed. This is a shame, as it could mean two things to a potential customer:

1) The owner of this website (And business) don't care enough about their company to invest in it.

2) A lot of potential hassle trying to navigate around a poorly designed website. It doesn't take much for someone to get fed up with it and simply leave.

Remember: You should treat your website as you would treat your shop front! If the shop's a mess, and customers are clambering over rubbish just to get to you or the till, they're not going to bother!
