Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work.

This motivates me daily to put in the work to succeed. We may not be the best in our field but with hardwork and determination we will succeed.

Some advice I've received and applied in my work is to focus on thinking and the big picture rather than getting caught up in technicalities. Concentrate on solving the customer's problem instead of talking about what you have. Start small but sure, rather than overwhelming yourself with too much and achieving nothing.

And my advice in investing, you can learn from someone but distill your own and execute it in your own disciplined way, taking responsibility and refining your approach. If you blindly trust someone's opinion or method without fully understanding it or being able to act exactly like them, you will fail.

The best business advice I've ever heard? "Learn from your mistakes, but don’t repeat them." It's simple but powerful. Every failure is a lesson, and the key is to grow from it. If you keep moving forward and stay focused, you'll eventually find success. So, no matter how tough things get, keep going and always believe in yourself. And remember, no idea is ever truly stupid—sometimes, the best ones come from taking risks.
