Telephone Answering Service

Hi,

I am on the lookout for a new telephone answering service. I currently use one, however sometimes I don't get my messages for hours, if even the same day.

They also seem to have confused a client.

I currently pay £1.35 per message. I tend to answer most calls myself, I just need someone to take up the slack when I can't get to the phone, or be disturbed.

Are you specifically looking for a human service, or are you considering automated systems like BT CallMinder?

It really needs to be human. People just don't want to leave messages on a machine.

Hi I use a company called connect solutions and they are excellent. contact
[email protected] and tell them Derek from cornerstone suggested them to you. We get messages as soon as they come in by text or e mail.

I would put a wee vote in for Connect as well as I have also used them in the past. From memory I think they are also based down at Straiton. I'm not sure if they actually offer a per call package but i'm sure they could sort you out with something.
