The Scottish Business Crime Centre (SBCC) has appointed Glasgow-based The Zen Agency to design and develop them a new website, as well as a sub site for their licensing award scheme, Best Bar None.
The new website will act as a showcase for the work of the SBCC, who are now regarded as a centre of excellence for the prevention of business crime in Scotland. The Centre delivers its success in partnership with the Scottish Government, Police and Scottish Business Community, by promoting specific initiatives in key industry sectors and community groups.
The Best Bar None Scotland project is aimed at promoting responsible management and operation of alcohol licensed premises. The scheme builds relationships between the licensed trade, police, Fire and Rescue Service, local authorities and other partners, with awards being given to bars at ceremonies throughout the year.
Gary Ritchie, Assistant Director Scottish Business Crime Centre commented on the new websites, “We wanted to update the SBCC website to help promote our work in the local communities, as well as making it a great information source. The Best Bar None website will give people a central place to easily find Best Bar None awarded bars and pubs, as well as keeping them up to date with the latest news.
“Zen provided us with a great package. We like the team, their approach and their designs for the sites, so we are confident the websites will meet and exceed our expectations”
