Running my ltd uk company from Romania

Hi, looking for some advice on running my home business Ltd company from Romania.
There are a few things I need to clarify if someone could help.
When it comes to corporation tax do I pay the UK tax or Romanian or both?
The business receives money from all over the world. Mainly UK/USA/Europe.
Also, when it comes to dividends does Romania tax them, and by how much? would the UK dividend tax still apply?

Any more advice/tips on running the company from overseas would be appreciated!
