Morning!

I found a publication from a pub-con. On running costs on a pub found hear

Oops! We ran into some problems.
Sorry! You must have at least 20 posts to post link. Your curent posts count is 6.

On page 3 it states
The guide shows both the average and the range of costs in running a pub over a variety of pub models based on turnover and business types, including food and wet-led models.

I had a look at the first model "Small community local" on page 7. And it list "Utilities" But it dose not give a break down of it in as, water, gas/heating oil and electric

Can anyone offer any sensable suggestions as to what they could be for my business plan please?

Thanks

Do some maths based on your personal costs. This means calculating your total utility costs then working out the percentages. You then apply these to the figure published on that report.

But don't forget utility costs have massively increased since 2023 when the report was published as have food costs and wages. A local pub wrote of FB that his profits have shrunk to almost nothing because of cost increases.
