So here I am finally in a position to open my shop in Kirkcaldy and after a week of asking everyone I know in the area I've had zero recommendations for a roofer or plumber. Beginning to think that no-one has plumbing or roof issues in Fife!
Anyway. I've not signed the lease yet for the shop but paperwork is being exchanged at present. I want to get the roof assessed (currently leaking and as part of the lease I fix it on entry) and the shop used to be a bathroom showroom so want to get a plumber to check the plumbing as there are pipes currently all over the place.
So, does anyone know a roofer or a plumber in the Kirkcaldy or indeed surrounding area? Ideally looking for someone who can do an assessment this week with any work needing done to be carried out shortly thereafter.
