It's great to hear news like this, Rolls Royce in Derby have taken on 800 new staff, most of which are graduates and apprentices.
I honestly think if I was a manager of a multi-million company, once I have a good amount of experienced staff, I'd start looking at hiring apprentices. They're the future of the country, and future of businesses.
They actually received $1bn (£640m) from aircraft engines at the Dubai airshow last month.
