PayPal error messages is anyone else getting them

Don't know if this is just me or not.

PayPal seems to be getting high level or error messages when I attempt to send a reminder to clients to pay. Some of the reminders have worked (i.e. gone through),but most as coming up with an error message.

Any thoughts?

Can you try it from a different machine? Better still a different place?

And how's your anti-virus software?

Has anyone else had access to your machine? i.e. a chance to 'implant' some malware?
